|Not all pharmacies stock all drugs. If you find your pharmacy does not hold your medication, you may wish to ask another pharmacy if they stock it. Please then let us know when you next order so we can do a separate prescription of this item if you choose us to.
Online requesting of repeat prescriptions
The practice offers the ability to request repeat prescriptions online via a Secure Web Interface.
To use EMIS Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.
To register for this service, please provide the surgery with a form of photo ID such as a driving license, passport etc.
Ordering repeat prescriptions:
On the right half of your prescription is a repeat prescription slip. Tick the box(es) for the item(s) you require and return it to the surgery. This may be done either by hand or by post, but if you post it, please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope if you wish your prescription to be returned to you.
You must give us notice of at least 48 hours after 15.30 (not including weekends and bank holidays) when requesting a repeat prescription.
The GPs at this surgery are shareholders in Nene Healthcare, an organisation with an equity stake in Northampton Healthcare Alliance Ltd. the operators of NHA Pharmacy. Each shareholder’s financial interest is less than 0.1%.
